Annual Fees:
Enrollment/Reenrollment Fee: $160 for one child/$260 for more than one
Early Enrollment before May 1: $190 for one child/$300 for more than one
Late Enrollment after July 1: $220 for one child/$350 for more than one
Due with initial application forms. This fee is refundable only if VBCS does not admit your child.
Placement Testing Fee: $35.00 per child, grades 1-12
Due when testing is conducted. This fee is not refundable.
Book Fee: K4-K5: $180 grades 1-8: $340 grades 9-12: $400
Due upon final admittance or July 15 for reenrolling students.
Tuition: For your convenience, you may choose an annual payment or a 10-month plan.
Annual Payment Plan: Due by August 1. This is a 5% discount off the amount.

May 1.

Mid-Year Enrollments: Students transferring to VBCS in the middle of the school year will be charged for all months in which any days are attended. Please note that tuition payments already made cannot be refunded.

In the event of withdrawal, transfer, or expulsion, parents whose students are enrolled in one day or more of any monthly period will owe full monthly payment of tuition for that period. All other school fees will also be due. Extended care will be paid as outlined in the Extended Care Registration Information. The school reserves the right to withhold report cards and student records until this tuition and other fees have been paid in full. By signing the initial application for enrollment or the annual reenrollment application, you are authorizing the school to withhold report cards and other records until tuition and other fees outlined in this policy have been paid in full. In addition, your signature authorizes our school to deny participation in our annual school awards program and graduation activities when full payment has not been made.
